An influencer has been slammed for sharing a video of herself working out during her pregnancy.
Sol Pérez was heavily criticised for attending the gym in a video which has 2.6 million views.
The 31-year-old shows off her baby bump proudly whilst using resistance bands and a medicine ball to warm up.

She filmed herself performing squats with a barbell weight and partaking in some cardio-based exercises which included a stationary bike.
The content creator, who has over six million followers, is now 33 weeks pregnant.

She shared the clip at the end of January when she was 30 weeks pregnant.
“Starting our week 30 [in pregnancy],” Sol wrote.
“Marco is already [the size of a pumpkin].
“I can’t believe it.
“This is how you will see me while my body and desires accompany me.”
Sol has been transparent about her activities whilst pregnant online, and her fitness has been a focus of hers throughout her pregnancy.
On 8 November last year, she shared a video of herself breaking a sweat at the gym whilst 18 weeks pregnant.
She posted another video just over one month later, on 17 December, sharing her workout with her followers.
As she nears closer to her due date, some of her followers have expressed their feelings toward Sol keeping up her exercise regime.

It has since been said that Sol has been upset by the backlash that she has received.
Fitness has been a huge part of her life, and she does not see it as wrong to keep herself moving while pregnant.
She has previously stated that her workouts are supervised by a coach and that her routines have been adapted to suit her during her pregnancy.
Despite receiving negative comments, Sol has stood her ground and shared another video of herself working out just days ago.

She did not address any of the comments that she received on the video which was shared three weeks ago.
In that clip, some offered messages of encouragement to her, others didn’t quite feel the same, as reported by Need To Know.
Eva said: “My god, what’s wrong with people? There’s no need to strain your body like that. It’s been too long to form another little person. Take care of yourselves, and enjoy your pregnancy. Don’t do anything stupid.”

Paula wrote: “It’s going too far. I mean, she’s always obsessed with her body. I mean, relax a little. I think that’s more obsessive than healthy.”
“For God’s sake, someone tells her that she has a life in her belly,” commented Edith.
Someone else asked: “Why do you have to overdo it with exercise when you are pregnant?”
“Now the kid comes out square,” wrote Nicola.

Mariana commented: “I support physical activity and I support you to death. But don’t you think that you alter your baby’s habitat with so much movement and effort? I question it from the side of a twin mother, understanding a lot of things while being pregnant regarding preserving their habitat. It’s not simply hate.”
