A fleeing biker has rammed a mother holding her baby on the pavement outside an ice cream parlour.
The suspect is also accused of smashing into two children outside the shop.
The motorcyclist was reportedly fleeing from a police traffic stop when he decided to mount the pavement.

CCTV footage shows the biker apparently knocking over the woman holding a baby on the narrow pathway.
He then seemingly hits a boy at the far end.
Another angle appears to show him ramming a young girl as she comes out of the ice cream shop.
The biker then fled the scene and still remains at large, as reported by Need To Know.
The incident took place in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires at around 6 pm on 16 February.
According to local media, the three victims all received treatment for minor injuries.
The police confirmed that the suspect was fleeing from a traffic stop and not a robbery, as reported by several news sites.
The investigation continues.
