CCTV opposite the scene caught the horror moment Ollie, 42, fell from his motorbike.
Footage showed him cruising alongside a truck then disappearing out of view of the camera.
He then reappeared, but his body looked to be skidding across a grass verge, as it became evident he had come off his bike.
Two trucks had been driving close to Ollie at the time.
One of the drivers stopped immediately to check on him.
Police also rushed to the scene and Ollie was immediately transported to hospital.
He went straight to the ICU, as reported by Need To Know.

He has now regained consciousness and is no longer considered to be in a critical condition.
Police are reviewing footage of the incident that happened around 9am on 19 March, including images that may have been captured by cameras on the passing vehicles.
It is not yet known exactly what happened.
Ollie is a British football coach working at La Liga Football School, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan and was travelling through the island’s Fengshan District.

According to local press, the school has confirmed Ollie will not be involved in coaching for the time being.
