A model who created the ‘OnlyFans house’ has hit back at parents who say she is a ‘bad influence’ by saying she is ‘not here to babysit’.

Sophie Rain is making millions from her clever business venture.

The 20-year-old is the co-founder of the Bop House, as it’s officially titled, where she lives and makes content with six other models.

But while it has become a huge hit online – with over three million followers on TikTok and Instagram @bophouse following the group’s every move – it has left a bad taste in parents’ mouths.

“I don’t think it’s fair to blame us for what children and teenagers watch on TikTok and to call us a bad influence,” said Sophie who boasts 17.5m followers across social media @sophieraiin and has made $50million since joining OnlyFans in 2023.

“We aren’t out here trying to be the perfect Gen-Z role models, we are just enjoying our lives and making money.

“It’s not our responsibility to parent other people’s children.

“They should be monitoring what their children watch and limit their access if they think it’s an issue.

The Bop House crew usually share videos of themselves dancing or other light-hearted clips on social media, where adult content is often blocked or removed.

Parents and parenting experts are arguing that children could easily access racier content.

“In an ideal world, kids wouldn’t be accessing social media until they are 16 and better able/mature enough to understand what they are seeing and what it all means, but the reality is that kids are accessing social media platforms from as young as seven years old and parents need to take responsibility for that,” said parenting expert Kirsty Ketley.

“I think parents have to expect that if they allow social media, that kids will come across all sorts of content that isn’t age appropriate and they should expect negative consequences because of it.”

Giselle Elsom, the managing editor of the London-based social media agency, Truffle Social, added: “One of the main concerns parents face is accessibility that their children have to content they might otherwise want to limit.

‘The women in the Bop House are leveraging their other, more public social platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, to promote their OnlyFans accounts, making their content even more accessible.

‘With a combined social media following of over 33 million on these channels, their reach is already massive.

“This makes it increasingly difficult to monitor their content, as engagement will only grow, pushing their posts onto more people’s Explore and For You pages.”

The current Bop House residents are co-founders Sophie Rain and Aishah Sofey, as well as Camilla Araujo, Julia Filippo, Summer Iris and Ava Reyes.

The property, which costs the group $60,000 per month to rent, stretches across 5,173 sq ft with five bathrooms, a private rooftop pool with 180-degree views, floor to ceiling glass windows, marble flooring and a lift.

There are also three parking spaces and a 24-hour valet.

Sophie added: “Most of our videos are just trends that millions of other people are doing.

“To see any of our X rated content you have to go onto other platforms which are 18 plus.

“At the end of the day, we’re here to entertain.

People will always have opinions but we don’t let them bother us.”
