A shop worker sprayed mace in a gunman’s mouth during a dramatic armed robbery.
Footage showed the suspect, Anderson Silva, arriving at the off-licence while wearing a motorcycle helmet.
He allegedly brandished his gun at workers before demanding cash from the till.

The brave shop owner then tried to snatch his firearm while he was distracted, and the pair wrestled over it in a back room.
A male colleague arrived and grabbed the thief in a headlock.
He pinned the man down on the floor while the owner tried to wrestle the gun out of his hand.
She shouted at a young employee to fetch a can of pepper spray on the counter.
The young woman then sprayed the mace into the suspect’s mouth until he weakened and eventually passed out.
The plucky group disarmed the motionless gunman before punching and kicking him to make sure he wasn’t going to get up again.
The attempted robbery took place in the city of Teresina, located north of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on last Sunday (23 Mar).
The police arrived on the scene to detain him.
Officers seized his motorbike and .38 calibre revolver along with a mobile phone, necklace and credit card he had allegedly stolen.
Silva was then taken to the Teresina Emergency Hospital for treatment, as reported by Need To Know.
After being discharged from the hospital, he was taken to the police station for processing.
The investigation continues.
