A tourist had to be rescued from dangerous rapids after he fell into a river while taking a selfie.
He was filmed from the bank of the boulder-strewn river clinging to a rock as icy water thundered past him.
Other people could be seen standing on other rocks jutting out of the waterway as one tried to lasso him with a rope.

After several throws, the stricken selfie taker managed to grab the rope and loop it around his torso.
He was pulled to safety across the fast-moving river and was helped up onto the rock where his rescuers were standing.
The drama unfolded near the tiny village of Kasol, north of New Delhi, India.
Witnesses say the tourist had climbed onto a boulder to take a selfie but fell in the water while taking the snap.
Despite knowing how to swim, he found himself overwhelmed by the freezing water and the powerful current.
The heroes who sprung into action to save him work at nearby hotels, as reported by Need To Know.
In August last year, another tourist had to be rescued after slipping and falling down a 60ft gorge while taking snaps near the edge.
Nasreen Amir Kureshi was luckily with friends at the time, who called the police.

The responders had to cross tricky terrain to reach the 29-year-old, who had landed in dense vegetation near Satara in Maharashtra, western India.
Footage shows how she was led up a rope in grey, wet weather.
She shrieked and appeared traumatised as her legs gave way near the top of the steep slope.
She was taken to a private hospital to be treated for unspecified injuries.
