A waterspout has destroyed 30 homes after running ashore in a rare weather event.
The twister was caught on camera shortly after forming in the sky.
Drivers and motorcyclists could be seen fleeing in the opposite direction as it got closer to the coast.

And after the waterspout reached land, it immediately caused havoc, as reported by Need To Know.
Footage showed debris from a house spiralling through the air.
As the storm continued, rubble was lifted high into the sky before plummeting back to earth.
It has been reported that 30 homes were damaged after the waterspout hit the area of Arroyo de Piedra, located in Atlántico, northern Colombia.
The waterspout, which is a rotating column of air that occurs over a body of water, travelled onto land on Thursday (1 May) after forming over the Caribbean Sea.
According to the local press, relief agencies arrived in the area to assess the damage.
Luckily, no injuries were reported.
