A model crowed Playboy’s ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’ has revealed that she only goes to the gym on a first date to spot any potential red flags.
Karol Rosalin is known for her working out videos, bikini snaps and trimmed figure.
The 25-year-old, who boasts 1.7m followers on Instagram (@karolrosalin), has now revealed the ideal place for a first date: the gym.
And it’s a no-brainer for the model, as she believes it’s the only way to test if the relationship is worth it.
“At the gym, you can see how a person deals with effort, frustration, and their own body,” she told Need To Know.

“You can observe everything from posture to how they treat others around them.
“The environment allows you to observe habits, attitudes, and limits of respect between people.
“It’s a great place to see if a person is too competitive and if they respect others’ space.
“All of this says a lot about how they might behave in a relationship.

“It can reveal signs of jealousy.
“If, during the workout, he shows insecurity when he sees you interacting with other people or gets bothered by stares, that’s a red flag.
“The gym is a microcosm of social interactions that can reveal a lot about someone’s emotional behaviour.”

Karol, from Brazil, also says it’s a great way to sniff out any hygiene issues.
She said: “If the guy says he doesn’t use deodorant because it’s ‘natural,’ that sweat is a sign of virility, and he only showers after working out, there’s no better place to get to know him than at the gym.
“That’s where we find out if his ‘masculinity scent’ really matches with yours.”

The model was recently crowned Playboy’s “perfect fitness woman” after AI analysed over 100 influencers using certain criteria.
She says that while the gym is an ideal place for a first date, those with a muscular physique don’t tickle her fancy.
Karol added: “[Men with dad bods] give off an image of balance, comfort, and security.

“Sometimes, they’re much more interesting than the guy who’s always in front of the mirror.
“The gym also serves to test this: to see if he’s vain or obsessed, if he takes care of his body or if he only lives for it.
“There’s a difference.”
