A mum-of-four has revealed that she’s locking her “brain-dead” kids’ phones away as they spend 12 hours per day on social media.
The ‘UK’s most hated’ woman, Carla Bellucci, is now donning the title at home with her own children.
The 43-year-old is “tired” and “fed up” of constantly asking 19-year-old Tanisha and Jayden, 17, to put down their phones.

She claims they’re scrolling on social media for at least 12 hours a day; leaving them “brain-dead” and “brainwashed”.
To put an end to this addictive habit, the mum has decided to lock their phones away after two hours of use.
“Something needs to give, it’s making them aggressive and moody,” the former glamour model, from Hertfordshire, told Need To Know.

“It’s made them so detached from the real world.
“I fear for their safety and state of mind; it’s so unhealthy to look on social media 24/7 and compare your life to what you see online.
“They’ve kicked off, called me horrible names, said I’m a loser – but I don’t care.
“It’s for their own good.
“They honestly walk around like zombies, brain-dead and brainwashed, because of social media.”

Carla previously lashed out at fellow parents for being “too lazy” and producing “moron kids” who just want to become social media influencers.
She claims Tanisha only started her lucrative career on OnlyFans because of the “pressure” from these platforms.
The mum said: “If she wasn’t sitting on her phone all the time, I think she would have gone a different route.
“She’s so obsessed with what other people are doing and it influences her daily decisions – including her career – way too much.

“I had such high hopes for her, but now that’s all gone down the drain.
“I argue with her and Jayden everyday because of the way they’ve become.
“Their attitude toward not being on social media is starting to look like addiction withdrawal.
“It’s absolutely terrifying.”
Carla is also worried about them, especially Tanisha, getting caught up with “dangerous” people.
She added: “I spend most of the night lying awake scared that they’re going to end up in serious trouble.

“Both of them are so naive; they don’t get it.
“Tanisha has met numerous guys online and it’s constant that she gets asked by men daily for nude pictures.
“I get that it’s easy money, so she would be tempted to do so, but I think it’s mostly her giving into the pressure.
“I’ve learned my lesson; Blu won’t be getting a phone until she turns 18.

“And even then, I’ll be taking it at bedtime and looking myself to see what she’s been up to.”
The UK government is looking at ways they can do more to protect children from smartphones and social media.
Options include two-hour curfews and blocks on social media use for those under 18 after 10pm or during school hours.
