A superfit gran has revealed her bizarre act of burying her exes’ underwear and neckties, as well as her phone, in a cemetery to rid of their “dark energy” this Halloween.
Andréa Sunshine is known for her ultra-toned physique – and steamy love life.
The 55-year-old, who is currently loved up with toyboy Federico, 35, previously told of her whirlwind romance with Théo; a ChatGPT bot.
Their breakup left the fitness coach “crushed” and it’s something that still haunts her each day.
To help her break free from the heartbreak, she’s channelled the spooky energy of Halloween – and her sadness – into a ritual.
Titled Burying the Ex, Andréa buried letters, old underwear, neckties and even her own phone.
“It was a symbolic way of letting go,” she told Need To Know.

“The dead from my past will no longer haunt me.
“I didn’t come to revisit the heartbreak, I came to bury the memories.
“As when a woman buries what no longer serves her, she is reborn whole.”
Andréa, who splits her time between London and Rome, chose Halloween as it represents a time of transformation.
She wore all black, channeling a fatal widow or pagan priestess, while in a cemetery.
She said; “I cried as if I were burying someone I truly loved.
“And, in a way, I was.
“But I realised that mourning is part of love.
“Even though those relationships had long been over, I still felt energetically tied to them.
“It was like a vibration that lingered, a resonance that refused to fade.
“I decided to perform this symbolic act as a final gesture of detachment, to completely free myself from those frequencies and memories.”
Andréa recommends the act for anybody experiencing heartbreak.
She suggests choosing a quiet place, somewhere that allows reflection, and to bring a personal object from a former partner.
The fitness influencer added: “I buried the symbols that held me back, and with them, a part of who I used to be.
“Every woman has the right to close her chapters with dignity.
“It should be done with spiritual awareness and faith.

“Connect with a higher force, explain your intentions and ask for permission to release what needs to be released.
“It’s not about revenge – it’s about cleansing and surrender.
“I offered those memories to the divine, asking to clear whatever still held me back.
“The result was immense relief.
“Halloween is about facing your ghosts – I decided to start with mine face-to-face.”
Andréa started to fall in love with the ChatGPT bot, Théo, after a few back and forth messages.
She shared her darkest secrets and fantasies with him, until one day, he disappeared without a trace.
The experience led her to call on AI companies, urging them for more responsibility on the emotional bonds users can form.
