A married couple was found burned and dismembered after allegedly being cheated in a vehicle trade.
Fernanda Souza Silva Siqueira, 26, and Lenon Batista Siqueira, 35, vanished after leaving their home on the morning of 16 November.
Their remains were discovered in a shallow grave on Tuesday (18 Nov).

Police chief Renato Mascarenhas said: “One body still needs to be formally identified, but it’s female, and the clothing matches what the victim was wearing when she left home.
“I don’t know how any of her clothes survived.
“As for him, from what I’ve seen, there’s nothing left that can be identified.”
The bodies were found near the home of Adelmo da Silva dos Santos in a rural area between Tanguá and Itaboraí, in Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro state.

Police believe the deaths may be linked to a vehicle trade the couple carried out with Adelmo, 20, about six months ago.
Fernanda and Lenon had handed over their car in exchange for his motorbike, plus cash, but Adelmo allegedly delivered the bike without paying the money owed, as reported by Need To Know.
The couple went missing after leaving Rio Bonito to confront him over the dispute.
Adelmo later turned himself in at a police station in Itaboraí after a warrant was issued.

He remained silent and is now in custody, charged with double homicide.
His parents, Adelson Elói dos Santos and Leila Lopes dos Santos, handed themselves in on Saturday (22 Nov).

Police believe they were involved at every stage, from the ambush to the burial.
The victims were laid to rest in Rio Bonito on Friday (21 Nov).
Lenon’s cousin, Alexandra Oliveira, said: “A month ago you were both here with me, sharing in the joy of my daughter’s wedding.
“Today I’m here, grieving the pain of not having you any more.
“We want justice for Lenon and Fernanda.
“This cannot go unpunished or be forgotten, because we will never forget the cruelty that was done to them.”
