A stunned driver has captured two wild boars sprinting down the middle of a motorway in a popular British holiday hotspot.
Footage filmed through the windscreen shows the pigs darting at breakneck speed down the busy lane.
The porcine pair look frantic as they run across the tarmac in front of oncoming traffic.

The animals then just about make it to the roadside next to the central reservation.
The clip – filmed in Rincón de la Victoria on the outskirts of Málaga, southern Spain, which is popular with Brit tourists – was shared online last week, as reported by Need To Know.
Liz commented: “Horror is humans. These are just little animals out looking for food.

“They don’t know traffic laws – they just go out. They have no idea what a motorway is. It’s up to us, those of us with a conscience, to protect them.”
Kirsty added: “Such a shame – and so dangerous.”
Another joked: “They should be fined.”

Wild boars are increasingly causing chaos across Spain, wandering onto roads, raiding gardens, and damaging crops.
In November, a biker narrowly avoided a herd of wild boars while riding on the outskirts of Fuengirola at night.

Last August, wild boars were spotted destroying the grass outside a four-star hotel and a busy shopping centre in the same area.

Regional authorities estimate around 22,000 wild boars roam around Málaga province.
Experts say their overpopulation is driven by a lack of natural predators, rapid breeding, and insufficient hunting.
