A woman has revealed how being vegan was ‘ruining’ her body and so she turned into being a full-blown carnivore instead.
Kristina Dunn begins each and every single day with a juicy steak.
It’s something the 24-year-old has been doing ever since she decided to stop following a plant-based diet.

And despite adapting to consuming only meat being challenging at times, she believes this is the only “proper” way for humans to eat.
In a clip, racking up 5.3m views and over 375,000 likes, she reveals the moment she bites into a steak for the first time in years.
“I was dealing with significant gut issues, hormonal imbalances and cystic acne,” the content creator told Need To Know.

“Being vegan was quickly ruining my body.
“I knew something needed to change at a deeper level.”
Kristina, who doesn’t wish to disclose her location in the US, used to begin her day with fasting until the afternoon.
She’d then eat one or two large meals, before hitting the hay.
Now, however, she chows down on meat galore throughout the day, including totally raw animal parts.
In the clip, Kristina can be seen devouring a piece of steak.
As she does, her eyes light up with amazement.
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions, with many people detailing their vegan-to-meat eating experience.
“I was also vegan for a couple years, that first bite of meat was everything,” Sarah said.
Someone else said: “I just know your stomach cramps were BAD after that.”
“After no meat for 2.5 years, I cried when I took a bite of steak, my body was like ‘finally,’ commented Jaclyn.
Abdallah added: “Yup I can feel u. Me too my first bite after one day of being vegan was crazy.”
“This was me after two years vegan, never looked back,” said Andre.
In total, Kristina estimates she eats around two pounds of mostly raw meat per day.
And it’s not costing her a single penny more.

She added: “I actually spent more before.
“Eating a whole foods diet meant constant label reading, variety and snacking, which adds up fast.
“Meat can be very cost effective when it’s the main focus and you’re no longer snacking all day.
“I’ve experienced so many benefits that I genuinely just want to share how good I feel.
“I stopped caring about what people thought and focused on helping others who may be struggling like I was.”
