A fugitive who tried to evade police was run off the road before being brutally tasered face down in the snow.
A video showing the pursuit and arrest was viewed two million times and had 88,000 likes.
The clip showed a grey Jeep swerving wildly across a main road, closely followed by a police vehicle.

It spun off the tarmac into deep snow.
The driver then tried to flee into surrounding woodland but was stunned by a taser shock from a chasing officer.
He was immobilised, which allowed police to arrest him.
The incident happened in Alaska, US, as reported by Need To Know.
A spokesperson for Alaska State Troopers said: “Have you ever wondered what will happen when you run from the Alaska State Troopers after committing a serious crime?”
And viewers weren’t surprised by the outcome.
One person said: “Why do people run from the police?

“You’re not going to get very far in Alaska because you will freeze to death or you’ll get electrocuted by the taser.”
Another said: “Love when that taser hits.
“Straight plank and, down.”
One commenter added: “That dude got busted in the best sense of the word.”

And another said: “You can run but you’ll just be tired…and caught.”
