A British mum who has spent over £100,000 on plastic surgery has revealed her all-natural look as she ‘strips back’ to basics.
Tracy Kiss is known for her heavily modified appearance.
To date, the 38-year-old has had four boob jobs, a Brazilian butt lift, designer vagina surgery, Botox, two laser eye surgeries and a nose job.

Not only that, but she also jetted off to Turkey to undergo three procedures in one day, including an eyelid reduction, jawline definition and liposuction.
It’s set her back an eye-watering £100,000 over the years – but now, enough is enough.
The former Page 3 model has ‘stripped back’ to basics and is embracing her natural look for the first time in 20 years in a bid to be ‘accepted’ in society.
“When I got to the point where my external appearance no longer resembled my internal personality, heart and soul, I made the decision to reverse my past surgical choices,” Tracy, from Buckinghamshire, told Need To Know.

“I’ve had my implants downsized to a more natural cup size rather than being outrageously large.
“I can’t remove them entirely, as I will have loose skin.
“But I hope in future, it may be possible to harvest and grow natural fat cells to remove my implants completely and have a reconstruction with my own tissue.
“I no longer have Botox or fillers, either.
“The only makeup I wear is typically a BB cream a few times a month when I have a rosacea flare-up.

“I wear eyeshadow and lip stain twice a month for events.
“But 99% of my life is makeup-free.
“And I couldn’t be happier.
“Life is about being the best version of ourselves, not a clone of several celebrities who happen to be in fashion at the moment.
“Returning to my natural appearance felt like coming home.

“It was so freeing – all of the judgment of being ‘perfect’ or ‘fake’ from others disappeared.
“Now, I’m accepted and complimented for how I actually look morning, noon and night.”
Tracy now forks out less than £300-a-year on maintaining her look.
She has the dead ends of her hair trimmed off every six weeks, applies a facial moisturiser daily and uses a red light therapy mask every few days.
And that’s it.
It’s a far cry from her original routine of weekly nail extensions, lash extensions, fake tan, monthly Botox, fillers and hair dye – and, of course, going under the knife.

While Tracy is in favour of plastic surgery, she does feel that there needs to be more regulation.
She added: “People have the right to choose how they wish their body to look and feel.
“But I do think patient requests should be questioned by surgeons.
“In an ideal world, where money is no object, I think most people seeking plastic surgery would love to change multiple aspects of their appearance.
“But they don’t truly understand the impact this will have on them for the rest of their lives.
“The excitement and enthusiasm of rectifying ‘issues’ seems to momentarily outweigh real concerns or the true reality.

“Reaching my thirties was a turning point in my life for how I viewed myself.
“Ultimately, going through these choices has made me who I am and given me the insight and ability to truly appreciate and cherish my natural appearance and body.
“I can’t turn back time to not having had unsuitable surgeries but I can be the voice of reason for others to not make the same mistakes that I did in the past.”
