A FedEx delivery driver has been “removed from service” after a clip emerged of him inside a van billowing with smoke with a front wheel missing.
Gevorg Gevorgyan, a witness at the scene, was shocked by the incident.
He initially spotted the vehicle while inside his own car and claims he honked at the driver, before pulling up alongside him and signalling for him to stop.

The 37-year-old jeweller says he then parked up, stepped out of his car and began filming the bizarre scene as other bypassers approached the driver to assist.
In the clip, the entire van is clouded in a puff of smoke, seemingly radiating off it – though the reason is unclear.
The FedEx driver appeared puzzled as he exited the van at the behest of others and was told to put his hazards on.
Gevorg was driving near Beverly Boulevard and La Cienega after leaving the Beverly Center in Los Angeles, US, when he spotted the truck.
“I just called out for him to stop,” he told Need To Know.
“It was crazy, I had never seen anything like it.

“There was so much smoke that I couldn’t follow closely or see clearly.
“Other people came over afterward.”
Jam Press approached FedEx for comment, with the company confirming that it is working with local authorities and the driver had been “removed from service”.
A representative said: “Safety is our top priority and the individual involved has been removed from service. We are cooperating with local authorities.”
No information was shared on the background of the incident.
Gevorg later shared the mindboggling footage online, where it has racked up over 69,800 views and thousands of comments from concerned users.
“Where he think he going with no wheel,” said another person.

“Cooked,” said Kodakk Jack.
“If I can just finish these deliveries and get this truck back to the facility nobody will know,” Charli joked.
“We need more videos from 5 mins ago please algorthim,” added someone else.
“I thought he was hot boxing the way he was just sitting there inhaling the smoke,” said someone else.

Several viewers also made unsubstantiated speculations about the driver’s condition.
Jam Press has contacted the local police force but had not heard back at the time of writing.
