The bodies of a woman and a teen girl have been found with fatal gunshot wounds to the head at a beach resort.
Beatryz dos Santos, 22, and Kethely Menezes, 15, have been identified as the victims of an execution-style killing after their bodies were found in a bathing area of the complex on Wednesday (28 October).
The case is being investigated as a double murder after the grim discovery in a rural area of Marabá, Pará, Brazil.

Officers are performing a forensic sweep of the crime scene, while the bodies are transported to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for post-mortem examination, as reported by Need To Know.
Kethely’s dad, Lindemberg Moreira da Silva, said his daughter lived with her mum and grandma.
He told local media he was concerned she had fallen in with a bad crowd.
“I always advised her to get out of those friendships,” he said.
“But she never wanted to listen because teenagers, when they reach a certain age, don’t want to listen to their parents anymore.”
The motorcycle taxi rider said he was getting ready to catch a fare when he was called by Kethely’s grandma, who told him the devastating news.
On arrival at the scene, he was asked to confirm his young daughter’s identity.
He said: “I don’t even have words to explain why they killed my daughter.”
Police have not yet identified a motive for the killing, with the killer still at large.
Military Police reports state there were no witnesses at the resort at the time of the slaying.
