A Donald Trump superfan known as a “Front Row Joe” has been indicted on 10 felony counts relating to alleged child sexual abuse material.
Adam Radogna, 37, owns Adamo’s Italian Restaurant in Brook Park, Ohio, US.
The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office said a grand jury returned an indictment against him.

Prosecutors allege a joint federal and state investigation involving a file-sharing network identified Radogna’s home as a potential location for child sexual abuse material, as reported by Need To Know.
The prosecutor’s office alleges that investigators found multiple files containing child sexual abuse material on electronic devices.

Radogna was arrested without incident, according to officials.
He has been indicted on two counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.
He also faces seven counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person and one count of possessing criminal tools.
Members of the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at the property on 22 October, with the grand jury returning the verdict on 28 October.

The investigation remains ongoing.
Local reports said Radogna posted a $75,000 bond and was released under home detention, with orders to surrender his passports.
The public court docket lists his arraignment for 16 November.
An indictment contains allegations and does not amount to a finding of guilt.

Radogna has not been convicted of the offences and is entitled to the presumption of innocence.
A statement published by Radogna’s restaurant, Adamo’s Italian Restaurant, rejected the allegations.
It said: “Thank you for your continued patronage as we remain open for business as our attorney fights baseless and false allegations levied against our owner.
“We appreciate your continued support as we expect speedy exoneration.”

Radogna is associated with the “Front Row Joes” – a group of committed Trump supporters who travel around the US to attend his rallies and secure places near the stage.
He reportedly said in 2024 that he had attended more than 40 Trump rallies.
His social media pages have featured photographs of him with Trump and other prominent Republican figures, including Max Miller and Vivek Ramaswamy.
