Residents were evacuated after a flat burst into flames with 70 firefighters rushing to the scene.
A clip, taken from the ground, shows a split-level maisonette alight – with the blaze quickly spreading to the 11th and 12th floor.
The London Fire Brigade received 33 calls from panicked passersby and residents.

The fire took place at Fellows Court, Dunloe Street, Hackney, London.
The calls first started coming in a 7.20pm on 27 Feb, as reported by Need To Know.
Crews from Shoreditch, Whitechapel, Islington, Stoke Newington and surrounding fire stations attended.
Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
It took an hour to get the fire under control.
The source of the incident is currently unknown.
Stephen Irvine, station commander, said: “Crews worked swiftly to contain the fire to the affected flat and bring the incident under control.
“Drones have been deployed to survey the incident from above, providing live images and thermal imagery.
“This gives Incident Commanders a vital aerial view, helping them develop effective tactics and assess the area.
“Firefighters will remain on scene throughout the night damping down any remaining hot spots, and our fire investigation team will begin enquiries into the cause of the fire.
“Residents affected by the incident are currently being supported at a local rest centre.”
Members of the public were left shocked by the footage.
One person said: “This is scary, I hope there were no casualties.”

Another person added: “That’s my block, none of us are dead.”
One other person said: “I live just opposite that I’m glad everyone’s ok.”
Another person said: “I used to work on the lifts in that block years ago, an absolutely wild gaff back in the day, seen it all going on in and around that block.”

One person added: “Them London folks always have some fires in their houses.”
