Never Gunna Give You Up star Astley, 57, grew up in home in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside.
The singer – who performed at Glastonbury in June – has one sister and two brothers.
His parents Cynthia and Horace divorced when he was five, but he stayed in the area.
The property is being sold by Think estate agents and advertised via Rightmove.
