Bungling winemakers had to clean up a £7,000 river of wine after accidentally causing a leak in a tank.
Workers at the winery were trying to transfer red plonk from one tank to another to send it to be bottled.
But as they loosened a screw on the bottom lid to let in air, a build-up of pressure blew a leak on Friday (8 Mar).

Footage shows how plonk gushed from the huge container onto the ground, forming a river that flew for metres.
The winery in San Martín near Mendoza, Argentina, revealed the blunder had left it 15,000 litres of wine short.
Luckily, workers eventually managed to stop the spill and prevent another 35,000 litres in the 50,000-litre tank from escaping.
The firm, which has been producing wine for decades, lost 8 million ARS (£7,400) worth of booze in the bungle.
Bosses said the workers should have opened the tank’s top lid to transfer the wine instead.
The company will also have to shell out $25,000 (£19,500) for a new tank to replace the broken one.
Gustavo Martínez of Los Haroldos Winery told local media: “Unfortunately, we suffered the loss of the tank, which is no longer usable, along with 15,000 litres, a significant loss for our company.”
