A plastic surgeon on his “dream” holiday has been arrested after nine people were killed in a safari crash.
Charles Sá and his wife, Natale Gontijo de Amorim were on a 15-day trip through Africa when the SUV he was driving collided head-on with another vehicle.
Natale, 55, died in the hospital and eight people in the second car were killed, as reported on Need To Know.

Charles Sá, who is recovering in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, will reportedly face charges of manslaughter and reckless driving.
He is accused of trying to overtake the vehicle on the Otavi-Otjiwarongo road in Namibia.
The couple arrived in the country three days before the crash, which happened on Tuesday (18 June).
Representatives from the Brazilian Embassy in Windhoek have been sent to the hospital in Otjiwarongo, where Sá is under police guard.
Sá is reportedly a member of the Brazilian Plastic Surgery Society and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
He is due to attend a court hearing on Thursday (27 Jun).
Prior to the accident, he had written on Instagram: “Today we start our safari expedition through several African countries.
“We’ll be crossing Africa in a 4×4 SUV.
“Just the two of us, without a guide, we’ll go through various parks and reserves, taking in the untouched nature, its dynamics, and its rules.
“So happy to be able to fulfil this long-held dream.”
His account had been made private at the time of writing.
