A cruel man was dragged into court after he KILLED a pet RABBIT after moaning he bit him.
Andrew West was caught on a hidden camera picking up the grey lop-eared bunny called Milo by the neck.
He then threw the rabbit on the ground in his pen.

The petrified rabbit was also seen in another 20-second clip trying to hide.
In one video West, 30, can be heard saying: “You’re never going to hurt me again, do you understand?”
Poor Milo was then found dead at the house in Adrian Crescent, Southey Green, near Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
A vet who viewed the video footage and gave written evidence in the case, said: “The individual in the footage was extremely cruel and violent towards Milo and was in breach of section 4 of the Animal Welfare Act.
“Through his callous actions he has blatantly caused a great deal of pain, stress, fear and unnecessary suffering.
“This is one of the most disturbing cases of violence towards a helpless animal that I have had the misfortune to witness.”
The RSPCA launched an investigation after Milo died on August 31 last year.
When asked why he was heard in one of the video clips saying, “Oh yeah you’re going to get it,” he said this meant he wanted to hurt Milo because he was angry with the rabbit for biting him.
“But said he had not intended to kill him.
West – who didn’t own the rabbit – was given a four-and-a-half-month prison sentence, suspended for a year, after pleading guilty to one offence contrary to the Animal Welfare Act 2006 at an earlier hearing.
He was sentenced at Sheffield magistrates court on 26 July, as reported on Need To Know.
The court heard that West admitted that he had thrown Milo to the ground a number of times and picked him up by his ears.
RSPCA Inspector Jack Taylor, one of the officers involved in the case, said: “The videos of the physical violence that was inflicted on Milo are extremely hard to watch.
“There is never any excuse for treating animals in this cruel and deplorable way and we’re pleased the person responsible was held accountable for their actions.”
