The lucky duo were rescued before the boat sank.

It happened at The Rumps, at Wadebridge, north of Polzeath, Cornwall at 3pm.
Polzeath Coastguard Rescue Team and a lifeboat from Padstow carried out the dramatic rescue.
Witness Bill Bartlett told What’s The Jam: “Coastguards arrived quickly but the lifeboat was in attendance.

“There was quite a swell.”
Another eyewitness Katie Childs added: “Incredible rescue of a fishing boat crew up on the rocks.
“Poor guys, it was a father and son, a local boat and a lucky escape.”

The sinking was near the spot a sailing brig called Maria Asumpta foundered in 1995 with the loss of three crew.
