Officials suspect a tipper lorry, which was allegedly overloaded with 102 tonnes of stone, was to blame but investigations are ongoing.
The camera could be seen shaking before the footage cuts out.
It happened on the Cabagan-Santa Maria Bridge, near Tuguegarao, north of Manila, in the Philippines.
A process to retrofit the 990m-long causeway was completed on 1 February.
