A man was arrested after running onto the runway and standing in front of a plane so it wouldn’t leave without him.
The passenger made the reckless decision to run onto the tarmac after missing his flight yesterday (3 Mar) afternoon.
The 29-year-old man managed to bypass all security measures to reach the plane he was supposed to be on.

Footage taken from the gate in the terminal building shows how he placed himself directly in the plane’s path.
The man reportedly stood on the tarmac for about a minute before a man in a hi-viz jacket reached him and led him away.
He was then restrained by security staff at El Tepual International Airport in Puerto Montt, south of Santiago, Chile
The LATAM Airlines pilots were carrying out pre-takeoff manoeuvres ahead of the departure to Concepción
He was later handed over to the police, who arrested him, as reported by Need To Know.
He is set to face possible charges for his actions today (4 Mar).
On 7 February, a plane passenger allegedly attacked a flight attendant and opened an emergency exit before jumping onto the tarmac below.
The man plunged 11.5ft from the jet while it was taxiing for takeoff.
The passenger suddenly got up from his seat and made his way to the front of the cabin, where he allegedly tried to open the emergency exit.
A flight attendant intervened but was allegedly assaulted before the passenger successfully opened the door.
He jumped to the runway below while the engines of the Airbus A320 were still running.
The incident took place as Iberia flight IB578 left the gate at around 5.20 pm.
The flight was due to depart from Paris Orly Airport, France, for Madrid Barajas Airport, Spain.
Emergency responders rushed to detain the passenger on the tarmac.
Despite the seriousness of the situation, the flight still departed for Madrid later that evening.
The aircraft arrived in Madrid just before midnight after a delay of four and a half hours.
The three-year-old plane was then temporarily taken out of service before resuming operations on the afternoon of 8 February.
