The wife of jailed drug lord El Chapo has raised eyebrows after revealing her new “pizza slice” tattoo that’s been linked to drug trafficking.
Former beauty queen Emma Coronel showed off the bizarre design on her forearm yesterday (13 Mar).
The pizza slice alludes to “La Chapiza” – a faction of the feared Sinaloa Cartel run by El Chapo’s children, it is claimed.

The Sinaloa Cartel – based in Culiacán, Mexico – is a powerful and violent transnational drug trafficking syndicate.
Founded in the late 1960s, it evolved from a small crime group smuggling marijuana into the US to one of the most influential drug cartels globally.
Led by El Chapo for about 25 years, the cartel specialises in drug trafficking and money laundering.
Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, now 67, was convicted of murder, conspiracy and drug charges in 2019.
He is serving a life sentence plus 30 years at the Florence Supermax prison in Colorado, US.
The pizza slice is not Coronel’s first Chapo-themed tattoo.
Last October, she showed off an inking of her and her husband’s initials, “E” and “J”, on her wrist.
She mentioned at the time that El Chapo is not a fan of tattoos.
Coronel, 35, was born in San Francisco, US, as reported by Need To Know.

In February 2021, she was arrested in the US on charges of drug trafficking, money laundering, and doing business with a designated foreign narcotics trafficker.
She served a three-year prison sentence and was released in September 2023.
