A ‘naked woman’ has been spotted in the window of a government building – but a politician has suggested it could’ve been a ghost.
José Ricardo Gallardo Cardona said that the window leads to a completely empty and unused room.
And it is apparently one that no one can even access.

In a video of the phenomenon, which has attracted 20,000 views since it was shared online, the silhouette of a naked woman can be seen through a window.
She appears to peek out over the balcony before she quickly disappears out of view.
At the time of the sighting, large groups of people were gathered outside of the building as they waited for a conference to begin.
The video went viral which caused intense speculation.
Jose, 44, who is Governor of San Luis Potosí, has since provided statements to local press and weighed in on what he thought was seen in the video, as reported by Need To Know.
“I don’t like to believe in ghosts, but it’s a room that is empty,” he said.
“The General Officer was working [that day], but in reality that room was empty”
The governor also reaffirmed that security at the government building is impenetrable.
In the upper part of the building there is furniture which belonged to Benito Juárez, who was the president of Mexico from 1858 to 1872.
Jose said the building is especially protected for this reason.
The video was shared on Wednesday (9 April) and was filmed at the Government Palace, in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
