Two little sisters were among 11 killed in a coach crash as a survivor told of seeing passengers with “severed arms” and “crushed skulls.”
Laura Costa de Negreiros, six, and her two-year-old sibling Lorena died in the horror.
Their six-month-old brother and their teacher mother Luana miraculously survived.

They were heading to see their grandparents.
Laura and Lorena were the only two children to lose their lives in the smash.

Nine adults were also killed.
The vehicle overturned on the motorway in the early hours of Tuesday (8 Apr).
Survivor Alessandro Ártico local media: “When the crash happened, the scene inside the bus was horrifying.
“People with severed arms, crushed skulls.

“Children crying.”
The coach had left Anápolis, south west of Brasilia, Brazil, at 8:30pm on Monday (7 Apr) and was bound for São Paulo.
About seven hours into the journey, it flipped and skidded to a halt on its side, as reported by Need To Know.
Thirty six people were injured in the accident between Araguari and Tupaciguara.

Firefighter Fabrício Silva Araújo said: “When the vehicle overturned, several passengers were thrown out.
“Sadly, most of them didn’t survive.
“The evidence suggests that those who were ejected weren’t wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.”
According to local media, most of the 18 people taken to medical facilities have now been discharged.
One of those taken to hospital was eight months pregnant and had to have an arm amputated due to the severity of her injuries.
Her baby was delivered via C-section and is in stable condition.
The driver, who was unharmed in the crash, was questioned on Tuesday (8 Apr).
He was not arrested due to lack of evidence and because he had assisted victims at the scene.
The stretch of the MG-223 highway where the coach overturned has seen 91 accidents in the past 11 years.
The vehicle’s paperwork is reportedly in order.
And the road is said to be in good condition and is clearly signposted.
The coach company Real Expresso said in a statement: “We’re working closely with the relevant authorities to investigate the cause of the accident and clarify all the details.
“Right now, our focus is on supporting the victims and providing full assistance to their families.”
