A Wireless Festival reveller returned to her car to find that thieves had smashed a window and stolen her belongings.
Lily Meakin parked a 25 minute walk away from the £388 festival in Hyde Park on Eade Road, Haringey, London.
The 28-year-old left her Black Seat Ibiza from 1pm until 10pm on Sunday (13 Jul).

When she got back to the vehicle, she found that the window had been smashed and her backpack was on the side of the road with its contents spilling out.
Her £180 Nike trainers, £50 perfume and sliders – which she’d been gifted for her birthday – were all gone.
“My friend had parked there the day before and had no problems and it was free parking on a Sunday,” Lily, from Huddersfield, West Yorks, told Need to Know.

“When I came back there was some girls in distress who told us some cars had been smashed.
“As I walked towards them I realised one of the cars was mine.
“Another girl was complaining saying this is the second time her car has been broken into but they had taken nothing as she had nothing in the car to take.
“There was another white Mercedes with its window smashed too but the owner hadn’t returned yet.
“The girl said that someone reported some guys in balaclavas pulling up on Lime bikes and smashing into the cars.”
Lily had her window temporarily patched up before driving four hours home the next morning.
The festival goer has been quoted £300 to get the window properly fixed.
Lily added: “I haven’t reported it to the police as I know there won’t be anything they can do.
“They won’t fix my window or replace my items and I didn’t want to waste anymore time in London.
“I wanted to come home
“It was a major inconvenience as I had to drive back to Huddersfield the next morning.
“But I took it as a good lesson to learn.
“Thankfully nothing of too much value was taken and I won’t make the mistake of leaving things on show again and also park somewhere safer.
“It didn’t ruin my weekend. I had a great time and saw some of my favourite artists perform and had a good time with friends.”
