A mum who claimed her six-year-old son – who is believed to have been killed – was abroad is now on the FBI’s Most Wanted List.
Noel Alvarez hasn’t been seen since October 2022.
At the time of his disappearance, his mum, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, 40, had told police her son was in Mexico with his biological father.

The child was already on the cops’ radar prior to going missing, as family members had expressed their concerns about his welfare; noting he appeared “malnourished” and “unhealthy”.
The mum-of-seven, from Texas, US, has been added to the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list this month.
The FBI initially offered a reward of $25,000 to any information leading to her arrest and conviction – this stands at $250,000 today.
Singh was last seen two years ago, reportedly boarding a flight to India with her husband and six other children, reports Need To Know.

“The disappearance and suspected death of Noel Alvarez is still fresh in the minds of everyone in Everman as well as throughout North Texas,” Joseph Rothrock, FBI Dallas special agent in charge, said.
“The addition of Cindy Rodriguez Singh to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List is an opportunity to bring this case to the eyes and ears of citizens across the country and around the world.
“We are confident that this publicity will culminate in her arrest and that she will be returned to the United States to answer for her alleged crimes.”
Singh was charged on 31 October 2023 with capital murder and a federal arrest warrant was issued on 2 November 2023.
She is described as 5ft 1in and weighs around 120lbs.
She has a medium complexion with tattoos on her back, both legs, right arm, right hand and right calf, as well as brown eyes and hair.
The FBI’s Most Wanted list, which was established in 1950, has seen 537 fugitives – with 497 apprehended or located thanks to tips from citizens.
