A group of divers were nearly hit by the propeller of a passing boat.
The horror near miss was captured on an underwater video camera filmed by one of them.
It shows the group exploring a steep mound of coral between six and 10 feet from the surface.

A boat passes overhead and the instructor suddenly realises it’s moving dangerously close to the group.
The instructor ducks down and shields one of the other divers until the vessel safely leaves the area.
The video was filmed off the coast of Semporna in the Malaysian state of Sabah.
One of the divers, Wens Yong, said: “To all boatmen in Semporna, please be careful when moving through shallow water.
“Turn off the engines first, what if there is life under there?
“If anyone is hit by a 200-horsepower engine propeller, it’s like being put through a blender.
“The diver almost lost his life with that propeller.”
The video was widely shared on Facebook with 47,000 views and hundreds of comments, as reported by Need To Know.
One local said: “Don’t be angry, fellow diver. Where was the instructor? Looks to me like he wasn’t using his diver down flag.”
Basil wrote: “I bet the boatman didn’t have a license and wasn’t paying attention as he should’ve noticed all the surface bubbles coming from such a large number of divers.”
