But her mishap left the town of Bariloche, south west of Buenos Aires, Argentina, without electricity.
Bariloche Electricity Cooperative reported that the incident affected around 3,000 residents because the impact left 31 transformers out of operation.
The power was restored shortly after, as reported on Need To Know.

Marcelo Miocevich, commander of Melipal Firefighters, said: “It was a two-seater paraglider that was tangled in the medium voltage cables.”
It happened near a cable car.

He added: “The people of the cable car first warned us and from here came a rescue mobile phone and another from the Los Coihues detachment.”
Concerns had previously been made about the power lines being close to the paragliding landing site.
