At least four people have been killed in a mass stabbing attack.
The 31-year-old suspect was caught on CCTV arriving at a petrol station on a motorcycle holding a knife.
Attendants backed away and spoke to him before he left.

Minutes later, he was filmed arriving at another business, speaking to a man, and then stabbing him between the chest and shoulder.
Shortly afterwards, he entered a supermarket, sparking panic among customers and staff as he shouted: “The world is mine, I’ve already sent four people to the grave.”
He also repeated that he was “not afraid of anyone” and warned that “whoever gets in my way will go too”.
As he walked through the store, staring down those present, he barked: “This is only the beginning.”
Shoppers were seen abandoning their purchases and fleeing the supermarket, while employees watched in fear from a distance.
The deadly spree unfolded in Visconde do Rio Branco, Brazil, yesterday (23 Jun) afternoon.
It came to an end when the suspect was shot by police and taken to hospital in critical condition. He reportedly died before arrival.
The motive remains under investigation, though police suspect he may have been experiencing a psychotic episode.
The victims have been named as Thaís Ramos Gonçalves, 31; Sidnei de Jesus Silva, also 31; Alexandre José Ribeiro, 46; and Sérgio Adriane dos Santos, 55.
They all lived close to the attacker and are due to be laid to rest this afternoon (24 Jun), as reported by Need To Know.
Thaís, whose killing is being treated as femicide, was the suspect’s partner. She leaves behind a daughter, Lis Maria, believed to be around seven or eight years old.
In addition to the fatalities, one person was taken to hospital with minor injuries and was reported to be in a stable condition.
Sérgio, nicknamed “Grilo”, worked as a car washer and was a well-known figure in Visconde do Rio Branco.
He leaves behind two children and six grandchildren.
His daughter Daniela dos Santos, 33, told local media: “He was stabbed for absolutely no reason.
“My father had a good heart. He worked honestly all his life, washing cars in the town centre. Everyone knew him.”
The Visconde do Rio Branco City Council has declared an official period of mourning following the tragedy.
