An influencer was filmed being carried out of a clandestine clinic after allegedly dying during a liposuction operation.
Adriana Manotas Rodríguez visited the illegal clinic, which reportedly operates as a hair salon, last Thursday (9 Jul).
The 52-year-old mother had arrived at 6am for the fat-removal procedure but suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest in the recovery phase, her partner told investigators.

CCTV footage showed her lifeless body allegedly being carried to a waiting car by staff shortly after 10am.
The digital creator, who had over 40,000 followers on Facebook and Instagram, was rushed to a nearby Red Cross centre, but could not be saved.
The operation reportedly took place at the Sthetic Body beauty centre in Bogotá, Colombia.
The owners – named by local media as Ingrid Paola Mazo Restrepo, 31, and Alcides Jesús Mazo Quintero – had reportedly been slapped with two preventive sanitary orders in November 2025 for operating without proper authorisation.

Neither is registered as a doctor with Colombia’s health ministry, according to the authorities.
Prosecutors and health officials raided the site the day after Adriana’s death, seizing surgical tools, biomedical equipment and biological waste.
The biological material is being used as evidence to prove that invasive ops were being carried out in the building with no health licence.
Bogotá mayor Carlos Fernando Galán slammed the “unacceptable” tragedy and urged residents to report illegal clinics.
“No surgical procedure can be performed without authorisation from the Health Secretariat,” he said.
Authorities have inspected over 1,200 such premises since last year and shut down 155, as reported by Need To Know.
Many masquerade as hairdressers but offer lipo and other ops using unapproved drugs and equipment.
Family members are demanding justice for Adriana’s death as the investigation continues.
