A woman walking a man down the road on a lead like a dog has left locals baffled.
The fella is seen on a leash on all fours.
He was being led about by the lady.
They stop so the man can repeatedly thrust his crotch against a pole.
He then circles it and cocks a leg as if taking a wee as bystanders watch on in bemusement in Valencia, Spain.
Local man Daniel asked: “Could it be that he has a fetish for being humiliated.
“Or that he is masochistic or something like that?”
Local politician David Calvo joked: “The Valencia region has some of the best and most comprehensive animal welfare laws.
“But I must confess that we forgot to include these animals.”
In the end, the bizarre scenes turned out to be a piece of performance art by students.
A group linked to a local university eventually “claimed responsibility”.
Their piece was part of a series of odd public displays titled “Action Poems Sulking the Collective Imagination”.
Another shows two women loitering on a pedestrian crossing with their foreheads touching.
And a third shows a young man and woman browsing a make-up shop dressed as grannies.
