A 13-year-old lad died on a football pitch after a pal said he drank three energy drinks.
Cifor Hodoroga took part in an hour-and-a-half-long practice session
Afterwards, he stayed on the pitch with about 10 of his pals for a post-session kickaround.
At one point, he told his pals that his chest hurt.
He managed to ask them to call his mum before suddenly collapsing.

Paramedics arrived on the scene in Maieru, Romania, and found Cifor in cardiac arrest.

They reportedly spent over an hour trying to resuscitate him but to no avail on Wednesday (21 Feb).
But one of the teen’s pals told local media he’d drunk three energy drinks before the game.
One said: “I didn’t see him, but many classmates said he drank an energy drink.
“At the time it happened, he’d drunk three.”
Cifor leaves behind two siblings, aged three and seven.
His devastated parents say he had no health problems.
Cifor’s football coach Alex Boldiș told local media: “An active, athletic child.
“He never showed signs of fatigue or illness.
“He didn’t seem sick, quite the opposite.”
The major constituent in energy drinks is caffeine, which increases the blood pressure and heart rate.
This can lead to heart palpitations and irregular heartbeats.
Cifor’s death came just one day after the Romanian Parliament approved a bill banning the sale of energy drinks to minors.

Cifor played as a midfielder and was reportedly the top athlete in his class.
He had dreams of going to a high school specialising in sports.
According to local media, seven out of 10 Romanian teenagers regularly consume energy drinks.
