Blood splatters on the floor as the victim retreats and the knifemen get off the bus.
The victim is seen holding his bleeding shoulder as he gathers his belongings and leaves the bus.
Two cops then board the vehicle to investigate what happened.
The victim, identified as a 20-year-old Venezuelan street vendor, was fatally stabbed on the MIO bus service in the Colombian city of Cali.
According to reports, the clash started when the street seller got on the bus at the same time as a street singer and his family member.
Both wanting to make money from the passengers at the time, they started to brawl when neither would give ground.
The police took the injured man to the Hospital Universitario del Valle where he later died of his wounds.
Two men have been arrested and sent before the Public Prosecutor’s Office to face charges.
Police spokesperson Colonel Carlos Oviedo said: “Officers were patrolling the area and were close to where it happened.
“They saw people getting off the bus and treated the injured person so he could be taken to hospital.”
Jairo García, Secretary of Security of Cali, said: “We regret the incident that happened on the MIO.
“Any death in Cali is always painful.
“We would also like to highlight the police’s prompt reaction.”
