It happened at the Jardín La Estancia banquet hall in Cuernavaca, located south of the Mexican capital Mexico City on Saturday (27 Apr) at 9pm.
The food was reportedly sourced by an outside catering company, as reported by Need to Know.
Victims complained of stomach cramps, dizziness, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Images show the affected guests doubled over on chairs in the venue’s garden while waiting for medical help to arrive.
Other clips show several well-dressed attendees being loaded into ambulances.
Witnesses said they suspect the poisoning was caused by the wild mushrooms served on the menu.
Concerned guests called the emergency services and multiple attendees were taken to hospital by ambulance and private cars, as reported by Need to Know.

They were stabilised and sent home after around five hours in hospital.
Morelos Health Services (SSM) spokesperson Héctor Barón Olivares said the victims were discharged after receiving the necessary treatment for the effects of food poisoning.
He stated: “They were treated immediately, kept under observation, and then discharged.
“Various probably causes will be analysed, such as bacteria in the food.”
An investigation into the cause of the illness outbreak is ongoing.
