Two thugs beat up an 87-year-old man after he allegedly insulted the Wagner mercenary group.
A bus passenger filmed as the men violently restrained and hit Dmitry Grinchiy while a woman tried in vain to stop them.
The footage, which emerged on Friday (9 Aug), shows how the pair bundled the OAP off a bus and marched him down the pavement towards a traffic cop, as reported by Need To Know.

Witnesses say the assault began when the bus passed a Wagner Group memorial and Grinchiy called its fighters “murderers”.
The Wagner Group, officially known as PMC Wagner, is a Russian private military company (PMC) controlled until 2023 by Yevgeny Prigozhin, a former close ally of Russia’s president Vladimir Putin.
It is designated as a terrorist group by Estonia, France, Lithuania, Ukraine, the UK, and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
All three men were arrested in central Moscow, Russia, and Grinchiy was taken to a police station.
The men who assaulted the old man filed a complaint against him, but the police decided to release him without charge.
His attackers are now under investigation for suspected “hooliganism”, according to local media.
The hearing aid knocked out of Grinchiy’s ear during the assault was found and returned to him by the police on Saturday (10 Aug).
The memorial he allegedly made a comment about was erected in 2023 after Prigozhin was killed in a plane crash.
The crash is widely believed to have been orchestrated by officials in revenge for the group’s failed mutiny against the Russian government.
Grinchiy’s father, Pavel Grinchiy, was considered an “enemy of the people” by Stalin.
He was executed for “espionage” in 1938 during the Great Purge.
