An everyday hero has received a round of applause after preventing a child from falling from a balcony.
Footage filmed from the ground shows how the little boy, who was on holiday with his family, has a leg over the railing three floors up.
He can be seen trying to put his other leg over, too.

People can be heard shouting from the pavement as the boy balances perilously over the tall drop.
After several tense seconds, a man, identified as Felipe David Souza, emerges from the flat next door and rushes over.
He shuffles carefully along the extremely narrow ledge to reach the lad, before pushing him back over the railing to safety.
A round of applause can be heard from the onlookers below as the youngster is taken out of harm’s way.
The man then climbs back over the railing and into the neighbouring flat as the clip ends.
Felipe was finishing a paint job on Monday (19 Aug) when the incident took place in Alicante, Spain.
He heard the commotion from the street, which alerted him to the potential tragedy.
The 29-year-old Brazilian told local media: “My biggest worry was not being able to get there in time to catch him and stop him from falling.
“It was like seeing my own child, I didn’t even have to think about it.”
The six-year-old boy and his family are reportedly from France and were staying in a rental flat on holiday.
Inés, who owns a café on the street, told local media: “We saw the boy trying to climb out of the balcony, so we called the police.
“But just then, a guy doing work in the flat next door came out.
“He went across the balcony of his flat and saved him.
“We’re so grateful because we were all on edge.”
The Alicante City Council plans to honour Felipe for his bravery, as reported by Need To Know.
The good Samaritan added: “It was a short distance, but it felt like a very long journey.”
