Nine thrillseekers have been injured after a fairground ride collapsed at an annual festival.
Five adults and four minors suffered injuries after the main structure collapsed, causing the cars to derail.
At least two of the injured thrillseekers required hospital treatment, according to reports.

The ride, called the Remolino-Schlittenfahrt, collapsed at the Pachuca Hidalgo 2024 Fair in central Mexico yesterday (1 Oct) evening.
One child was reportedly seen flying off the faulty ride.
There were also reports of security personnel intimidating witnesses to not film or take photos of the collapsed attraction.
The emergency services arrived promptly on the scene to deal with the injured victims and close entrances to the fair for several hours, as reported by Need To Know.
The state government said in a statement: “Regarding the incident at the Pachuca Hidalgo Fair, we would like to inform you that there was a timely intervention by the emergency services.
“There was no major risk to the people involved in the incident or any attendees in general, and more information will be released soon.”
They also stated that the company in charge of the rides, named as Atracciones García, complied with all state safety standards and has fully comprehensive insurance cover.

The company is also expected to pay for all costs related to the collapse.
The government added: “Our priority is and will continue to be the safety of our visitors, which is why we are reinforcing technical supervision measures to ensure their peace of mind.
“For their part, the company in charge of the rides will cover all the expenses that this incident caused from start to finish.”
The investigation is ongoing.
