An influencer has been left devastated after her stepfather was shot dead at a bank ATM.
The victim, named as Janer Sabier Parra Garzón, 43, went to the bank in his armoured pickup truck.
He crossed the road and went inside the ATM at the Villa Campestre Plaza shopping centre in Puerto Colombia in northern Colombia.

While taking out his cash, two men arrived in a white Kia Picanto with the license plate LMZ-327.
Without saying a word, they approached the ATM and opened fire, spraying the businessman with bullets and killing him at the scene.
Despite being filmed by CCTV cameras, the killers managed to flee the scene and currently remain at large.
The police immediately locked down the area to gather evidence for the ongoing investigation.
The authorities dismissed claims that Janer was the victim of a robbery as the £704 (COP 4 million) he withdrew was found on his person.
The police also found a 9mm pistol in his vehicle shortly after the alleged murder on 25 October.
Hours after the shooting, the authorities released the name of the 43-year-old victim, who is the stepfather of Colombian influencer Karol Alcendra Tobinson.

Karol, better known online as ‘La Karola’, had a good relationship with her stepfather.
She often included him in posts on Instagram where she has 180,000 followers.
Karol remained tight-lipped about her stepfather’s death until yesterday (30 October).
On her Instagram Stories, she shared two photos of her posing with Janer and other family members.
She wrote: “How I wish you were her to look at me like that.

“That your children could wear those beautiful smiles they don’t have at the moment.
“My crazy guy has left us.”
In another post, she said: “My crazy guy, I want to see that smile again.
“The people who took your life never imagined that you would leave behind such a devastated home.
“God give me strength.”

According to the authorities, Janer had a criminal record for illegal possession of a weapon, use of false documents, falsification of private documents and fraud.
He had allegedly been receiving death threats in the weeks leading up to his murder over a business venture that turned bad, as reported by Need To Know.
The authorities are still investigating the motive behind his death.
