Horror footage shows the moment when a woman fell to her death from a burning luxury flat.
The harrowing clip – filmed from a nearby building – shows flames and thick, black smoke billowing from the home.
In a corner, a terrified woman can be seen cowering as she’s scorched by the smoke and flying embers.

The flat’s wall and windows have been blown out, leaving a lethal drop in front of her.
She gets as close to the edge as possible in a bid to breathe and to escape the stifling heat.
But the situation becomes so unbearable that she eventually passes out, rolls over the edge, and plunges into the void.
She drops through the air and about five seconds later, she lands with a thud on a ledge many floors below.
Her contorted body remains motionless as the footage ends.
The tragedy happened on Wednesday (11 Dec) afternoon in Shenzhen, China.

The fire was reportedly caused by a gas explosion on the 28th floor.
Shortly before the woman fell to her death, a dog met the same fate, according to local media.
No other injuries were reported.
The fire brigade sent 16 fire engines and at least 80 firefighters to the scene.
After extinguishing the blaze, the authorities cordoned off the area to investigate and to carry out safety checks.
It’s reported that witnesses heard loud bangs and saw windows being blown out moments before the fire.
People in nearby high-rises felt their buildings shaking and saw objects tossed around from the shockwave.
A number of residents were evacuated from the affected building, as well as from other buildings in the vicinity.
Screenshots from their group chat show how one occupant reported smelling gas on Tuesday (10 Dec) evening.
Workers went there to investigate, but when they knocked, there was no answer from the flat where the fire would later start.
The building was completed in 2018. Its average flat price is 120,000 RMB (£13,000), according to local media.
The fire brigade released a statement on Wednesday, as reported by Need To Know.
It said: “At 2:46 p.m. on 11th December 2024, the Shenzhen Fire and Rescue Brigade received a report of an incident at Building 1, Phase II of Joy Mansion, Yuehai Street, Nanshan District.
“The command centre dispatched 16 fire engines and 80 firefighters to the scene as part of the initial response, with the full command team from the Nanshan Battalion also mobilised.
“Firefighting and rescue teams have now arrived on-site, and further details are being verified.”
