An elderly lady was left injured and had to be taken to a nearby hospital.
A member of the audience caught the incident on camera, and at a specific moment, Alberto became enraged.
He pointed at someone in the crowd before aggressively jumping out of the ring, as reported by Need To Know.
After he climbed over the barrier into the audience, he clambered back over to access fans from a different entrance.
Visibility agitated, he suddenly pushed his way through a large group of people and threw a chair.
A chair then flew right back at Alberto, who is a former WWE champion, after being thrown from an audience member.

Security protecting the ring tried to grab Alberto, who had grown more angry after being struck by the chair.
The incident took place at an AAA wrestling event in Tijuana, Mexico, last Friday (14 Mar).
He had just fought in his starting match against Dr. Wagner Jr, another professional Mexican wrestler.

Alberto defeated Dr. Wagner Jr, and despite the altercation retained the belt.
His actions led to a six-month suspension imposed by the Tijuana Wrestling Commission.
