A fire broke out in a plane overhead locker forcing the flight to make an emergency landing.
Quick-thinking cabin crew members soaked the smouldering baggage with bottled water while the plane was still in the air.
Passengers reportedly heard a loud bang before the thick mist emerged from the overhead bin.

After one opened the smoking compartment, flight attendants began tackling the blaze with a fire extinguisher.
Several passengers joined in, even pouring juice and milk over the offending rucksack.
No one was injured, as reported by Need To Know.
The flight from Hangzhou, China, was en route to Hong Kong.
The fire forced the pilots to make an emergency landing in Fuzhou, China, roughly halfway into the flight.
The Airbus A320 touched down today (20 Mar), one-hour-and-41-minutes after take-off.
When Hong Kong Airlines flight HX115 touched down, it was met on the tarmac by fire engines.
Passengers were evacuated promptly via emergency stairs and a shuttle bus took them a safe distance from the aircraft.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
A Hong Kong Airlines spokesperson said: “Flight HX115, departing from Hangzhou to Hong Kong diverted and landed safely in Fuzhou Changle International Airport due to a fire in the overhead compartment, which was successfully extinguished.”
