A Vauxhall Corsa burst into flames in a quiet, residential street.
Locals watched on in horror as the hatchback caught fire.
According to eyewitness reports, the driver was in the car as the fire started.

The owner of the car was reportedly waiting at the traffic lights when a passer-by alerted him about the blaze.
Firefighters arrived on the scene to douse the flames.
The fire was put out within just ten minutes.
Luckily, no one was hurt.
The 2013 Corsa Limited Edition caught fire on Fairlop Road, near Leytonstone tube station, east London.

It happened on Saturday (22 Mar) at around 6 pm, as reported by Need To Know.
Femi Hassan filmed the fire on his mobile phone.
Members of the public applauded the fire services’ quick response.
Tanny said, “The kids cheering when the fireman took out the fire makes this video wholesome.”

Sammy said: “All first responders are so cool when they do their jobs and so casual.”
Another added: “The kids cheering made me smile.
“Firefighters deserve applause.”
One stated: “They didn’t mess around.
“They pulled up and put that fire out so quickly.”

A London Fire Brigade spokesperson said: “Firefighters were called to reports of a car alight on Fairlop Road in Leytonstone.
“Crews extinguished the fire.
“There were no reports of any injuries.
“Control Officers took the first of seven calls at 6:08 pm on 22 March and mobilised one fire engine from Leytonstone Fire Station to the scene.
“The incident was over for firefighters at 6:18 pm.”
