An influencer has claimed he ‘forgot to crop the photo’ after he allegedly sent a snap of his genitals to a 14-year-old girl.
CEO Batu, 22, handed himself over to the police after his actions went viral.
He is accused of sending the teen an inappropriate image after asking her if she would like to see the scars from his recent appendix operation.

The child’s outraged mother sent screenshots of the private chat to ‘Capricedaddycap’, an influencer who “solves problems” for those who hire his services.
Caprice then shared the images on Instagram where he has 1.4m followers.

His post quickly amassed 2.1m views and thousands of comments.
After Caprice’s post went viral, CEO Batu reportedly contacted the girl’s mother to ask her to not take legal action.
The Malaysian influencer claimed he forgot to crop the image of him showing off his surgical scars, as reported by Need To Know.

When the teen girl fell silent, he asked her if she was upset and she replied that it made her feel uncomfortable.
CEO Batu, who has 187,000 Instagram fans, apologised and promised not to repeat it.
He told the girl’s mother that the image was intended for his girlfriend and that he accidentally sent it without editing it first.
In another screenshot shared by Caprice, the influencer apparently told the mother: “I’m begging you. I want to meet with you. I made a mistake.

“That photo was supposed to be cropped, but I overlooked it.
“I had already taken the photo to send to my girlfriend, but my mistake was that when I sent it to your daughter, I didn’t crop it.”
He explained that he has elderly relatives at home who depend on his support.
Since the viral post, a second girl reportedly contacted Caprice with similar allegations.
The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) confirmed that the influencer turned himself in on Friday (23 May).
He was remanded in custody for four days while the police carry out an investigation for sexual offences against children.
