The 26-year-old has reported the burglary to cops.
Other valuables were also stolen by the crooks.
They included diamonds, gold coins and medals.
She is willing to pay a reward to get her pooch, nine, back.
“He means the world to me,” Eliz told Need To Know.

“Simba was a present from my father 10 years ago.”
The pale tan dog was stolen from their house in leafy Meadowcroft Close, in Palmers Green, north London.
The average house price in the area is £600,000.
English teacher Eliz added: “Honestly, I’d say that our lives have been turned upside down.
“This has been truly devastating for all of us.
“We just want him back with us. He’s been such a big part of my life since I was 16.”
She continued: “I’m not asking for an explanation, I’m simply asking for him back.
“He is a senior dog and needs to come home.”
Talking directly to the burglars, she said: “I will pay you, please just return Simba safely.”

Eliz works in Japan but jetted home to comfort her mum Chimen.
The burglary took place on 16 December.
But nearly three weeks on they have had no positive news.
Pal Elle Mac said: “I hope you get him back.
“It’s a horrible thing for anyone to do.
“It’s like stealing a baby.”

Another added: “Hopefully he returns home.”
The Met Police has been approached for comment.
