An influencer who documented her cancer battle online has died after sharing a heartbreaking farewell video recorded before her death.
Emma, known to followers as ‘Em’, passed away on April 29 following what loved ones described as a ‘courageous battle with f**king cancer’.
In a statement shared online, family and friends paid tribute to the mother as an ‘incredible mum, friend, daughter and sister’ who ‘lived life to the full’.

Emma has documented her battle with breast cancer since she was diagnosed in 2023, and had shared an update from the hospital on April 15th that she was given two weeks left to live, as reported by Need To Know.

The Ipswich-based influencer shared a pre-recorded final message, released after her death, that left followers devastated.
‘If you’re watching this video, then unfortunately I have passed on,’ Emma began.
The emotional clip saw her reflect on her life, thank loved ones and speak directly to her daughter, Izzy.
‘I have had the most amazing life,’ she said.
‘I’ve been blessed in so many different ways.’
Fighting back tears, Emma thanked her family and friends for supporting her through her illness.

‘I’m so grateful for all of my friends, for being my wings when I haven’t been able to fly,’ she said.
In one of the video’s most emotional moments, she addressed her daughter directly.
‘Izzy, I love you so, so much,’ Emma said.
‘You mean the absolute world to me.
‘I hope that you live the best life that you can with the strength that I know you have.’
Emma also spoke candidly about finally being ‘at peace’ after her long battle with cancer.
‘I hope there is some peace now that I have gone and you can live knowing that I am happy and I am no longer in pain,’ she said.
The influencer admitted recording the clip was harder than she expected as she fought back tears throughout.
She ended the video by saying she wanted loved ones to remember her as she was before, adding: ‘I’ll be seeing you.’
Emma’s video was viewed over 5m times across social media.
The farewell message quickly spread online, with thousands of followers flooding social media with tributes and condolences.
A statement announcing her death described Emma as ‘kind, generous, strong’ and said she had ‘touched so many of us in ways we will never forget’.
